1. Cancellation by Guests
- More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund.
- 1 to 15 days before check-in: 75% refund.
2. Modification & Rescheduling
- Changes made 7+ days before check-in: Allowed once, subject to availability.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No modifications allowed.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the guest does not check in on the scheduled date, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Events
- In case of extreme weather conditions or government restrictions, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.
5. Early Check-Out
- No refunds for early departures.
6. Cancellation by Saputara Tent City
- If we cancel due to operational reasons, guests receive a full refund or alternative booking options.
